What destinations do GripSport ship to?

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only –  (but we do deliver anywhere within these two great countries)

We use couriers (mainly TNT) for all our deliveries and because our gear tends to be on the bulky side, we can only deliver to a physical street address. We cannot deliver to post office boxes or parcel lockers etc.

When completing your shipping details please ensure you 1/ specify a physical street address where someone will be there to sign for your order… and  2/ fill in the “Where to leave my order” box.

How much will I pay for shipping?

You’ve probably noticed this is a bloody big country, so freight/delivery costs will vary depending on what you’re buying and where it’s going. This gets worked out for you at the checkout once we have your delivery address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We expect 95% of orders to be delivered in 2-5 business days, but this may stretch out a little if your order is heading to a really far-flung address. Should your order be delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you using the details you provided when placing your order.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we are not able to do split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

Can I combine multiple items to save freight costs?

Yes, wherever possible we will automatically package a small item in with a larger one (such as a Rack-Light going in with a bike rack).

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

After you have clicked “Process Payment” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

How can I track my order?

When we receive your order we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached. Please contact us at sales@gripsport.com.au or (03) 9466 2553 if you need help in tracking your order.

What happens if there is a problem with my product when it arrives?

Here at GripSport we work very hard to make sure everything we make is of the highest quality… we want our customers smiling from ear to ear when they open their box. But only a fool would try telling you that nothing ever goes wrong. So should your item arrive damaged or incomplete in any way, please get in touch ASAP by phoning (03) 9466 2553 or emailing sales@gripsport.com.au and we will sort the issue immediately.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Then something really has gone wrong! But don’t panic because we’ve been doing this for a long time and only once or twice has anything disappeared completely on its way to a customer. Contact us on sales@gripsport.com.au or (03) 9466 2553… quote your order number… and all will be well.

Can I pick up my order direct from GripSport.

Yes. Please checkout using the “Click & Collect” option and we’ll contact you via your preferred details (SMS or email) as soon as your order is ready for collection.
